We are excited to announce that we have introduced biometric login for customers in both the Republic of Ireland and the UK. This new feature allows you to log in faster using either your face or fingerprint. In addition to this, we have made several small changes and fixes, including resolving a keypad issue with PIN login on certain device types and displaying the first line of your address when using the change of address feature.

But that's not all! Here are some other new additions:

• A consent management dashboard for managing your open banking connections with other banks or service providers
• A helpful info link on the transactions screen in case you don't recognize a particular transaction
• A streamlined in-app cookie policy
• Various small fixes and performance improvements

Get the most out of your mobile experience by downloading the BoI app today. With our app, you can:

• Manage your cards directly from your mobile device
• Apply for mortgages, personal loans, or overdrafts
• Obtain insurance for your home, vehicle, travel, and family
• Check your balances and transaction history
• Make payments to other BoI customers using their mobile phone numbers
• Access and export statements from the past seven years
• Set up, modify, or cancel standing orders
• Cancel direct debits

If you are already registered for 365 online, don't forget to register your device:

1. Open the app and log in
2. You will receive an activation code via text message
3. Enter the code into the app
4. We will then register your device
5. Give your device a unique name and you're good to go
